Hi All,
I have applied for extension for Tier 2 general Visa. My Application Status is Awaiting for Decision for last 6 months. Now my sponsor informed me that their company license got revoked. So I wont get the visa. Mean while I got other sponsor to apply for Tier 2 general .
My Question is:
1. Shall I make a new application and mention the old case reference number.
or
2. I need to get my passport from UKBA and apply for new application.
Because I have paid the IHS charge 600 pounds with earlier application.
