hi all,
i'm applying for UK business visa. This is my first visa application to UK. I have been in the US in the past on B1 and L1 visa. However, my B1 visa for US was once canceled when i went to apply for L1 renewal due to an argument with the consulate officer where my length of stay was within the I-94 expiration date but consulate officer for some reason canceled my visa.
Post that i have got L1 visas and I have worked in US. My worry is that will UK embassy will look at this old US Canceled visa and can cause issue in providing me UK business visa. This canceled stamp is in my old passport.
Please advise if you have any insight.
