    UK Visitor Visa on Expired H1B

    Hi,
    I am on H1B visa in US which is expired Nov 2017. But have approved I797 valid till 2020.
    I am planning to visit my family in UK this year which needs UK visitor visa.

    1. Are there any issues obtaining UK visitor visa with this situation ?
    2. Considering above is ok, while in UK, any issues getting H1B stamping done ? how long can it take to get stamping done.
