  • HSMP, UK Immigration, question

    Hi,

A friend of mine in India wants to apply for UK immigration through Highly Skilled Migrant Program (HSMP).
He has following questions in this regard.

    * Is it advisable to apply directly without using UK immigration consultant services.
    * Is there any benefit in applying for UK immigration using the UK immigration consultant services.
    * If it is better to use UK immigration consultant services, is there any one you would suggest.

    Regards
    Giri

    Hey

Don't bother using the immigration services offered by consultants. I suggest you just research on it because it'll cost you a lot of money. Besides, the procedures are pretty easy to understand. Just probably join forums like this.

        Hi

I strongly advise you to go for Consultants. We work for NO Win No Fee and we are based in UK.

what are the good websites to apply for HSMP on our own rather than going thru consultants.

For HSMP i.e. Tier 1 applications, it is advisable to find a good OISC approved immigration consultant who will work on a no-win, no-fee basis and handle your paperwork for you. Stick to a UK-based company, it will cost about the same as working with an Indian company, but you have the benefit of recognition.
