Hi all,
I have a client visit scheduled for later this month in UK and rest of the europe. I have a passport that says "Emmigration Check Required". I have been working for past 2 years. I do not have a provisional degree, but I have IT returns of past 2 years.
Can someone advise me if this issue will be a problem in my Visa processing. Further, will the IT returns/Form 16 suffice the Visa requirements.
Please help asap.
