help with settlement visa application for uk

Hi

I recently (two weeks ago) married my moroccan fiance , we have been together almost two years.

We have the settlement forms, but we dont have some of the items listed to produce with the application, does anyone know how vital they are:

i have lost my P60 but do have payslips

my husband doesnt have bank statements as he works for his father and just gets paid direct,


any advise at all would be appreciated

hi there,i think you will be ok with payslips and bank statements of yours as long as you can support yourselves and he is not depending on government funds.Obviously you need proof of accomodation.Alternatively you could take out a loan and use this as proof of savings as well as your payslips if your bank account is a bit sketchy.I know its nerve-racking,am in similar situation with my cuban husband.I have decided to get a loan as being a musician my work is very on/off and have no payslips and an overdraft!My friend did it for a tourist visa for his partner,who is now in the uk and getting a student visa for a year through college though hed have to go back to Brazil to apply for settlement.Good Luck to you both.Lu::
