Your views plz... Immigration checks

Hi

My husband has submitted his application finally!
Just wanted to ask what immigration checks they may do on him?
He has nothing to hide but just out of interest.

Apart from checking out my employment, finance and accommodation, is there anything they will check up on him by contacting other sources?

you didn't give too much info as to what kind of visa he applied for. so quite difficult to answer, as the checks largerly depend on the visa you've applied for. i guess apart from what you've mentioned his previous immigration hidstory could be checked, all stemps in passport, any evidence you proveded them with could be possibly under scrutiny.
