HSMP, Return Tax

Dear Friends,

I am a new member to this forum and found it very helpful in sharing experiences and guiding in the immigration process. Iwant to apply for HSMP to migarate to the UK. As you know, to claim for points for previous earning they want the pay slips as well as the Tax Return. If you can not show one they want proofed explanation with documents and other substitue as bank statement and employment letter.

I work for a UK company in a country in the ME. I am their only employee in this country. The company is not registered in this company so this country is not aware of our activities here. I receive my salary in my account so I do not inform the Tax authorities about my income. Because it will sause me lots of problems. And since the company is not registered I can not approach them for any tax from my salary.

So I do not know what I should do know.
1. Is this excuse acceptable for the UK immigration officials?

2. If so, what should be in the employment letter.

3. I have lost some of my pay slips, can I show the last 5 ones which show the amount paid to date?

you need to justify your income properly. there are various ways you can justify with.
