Hi all I hope someone can help here with a small problem.
My friend has overstayed his visa ( from brazil ) by about 7 months. He is due to go home in Feb 08. Will he ....
1) be penalised at the airport when he leaves.
2) be allowed back into the country in say a year or 2 from feb 08.
