HSMP - Help needed on Past Earning

Hi ,

I am interested in HSMP - UK and I am from India.

I have collected most of the documents . I only have confusion in how to present the past earning. If you can help me out that will be great.

I am planning to claiming points for past earning from 01-Sep-06 to 31-Aug-07 (12 months). In this span of time I have changed my employment.

The details are as below from 25-Jul-06 to 02-Apr-07 I was with Company-A. And from 09-Apr-07 to 'to date' I am with Company-B.

Company-A:
I have form-16 for Company-A and salary slips for Aug-07 to Mar-07. The March-07 salary slip is for 33 days (it included 2 days from Apr-07 till my last day of working). Is that sufficient and OK?

Company-B:
From 09-Apr-07 to 31-Aug-07 I have salary slips.
As it comes in current financial year ( Apr-07 to Mar-08 , in India Financial year start on 01-Apr )so I will get a letter from company, as it is present employer stating for my salary/ tax details upto 31-Aug-07. Will that works?

Also pls suggest me on the covering letter for about details on past earning. Thanks.

Hey Vivek, how did you go with your earnings? I was having a very similar scenario. What are the chances. I decided to look for lawyers in the UK Visa domain, I tried my level best to search out some. Anyway, all is approved now. Better not to just guess what is needed. It is very nice life change when the HSMP Visa is approved. Good luck!
