Hello there.
I am here in UK as a student in an English course. I had an entry clearance which expired on may 2007 and now i have a limited leave to remain whixh expires on july 2008.
Since 4 months i am working part time for a company as an engineer. The company where I am working aplied for a work permit for me, and was succesful. Now i have the work permit for 36 months and i need a work permit visa. For this i have to go back to british embassy in my country to apply for an entry clearance.
My issue is:
Do I have anny chance to get the work permit visa?
I have to go by the end of this year to apply for the entry clearance. Is there any problem to do this if my current visa expires after 10 months, so i can hold two different valid visas in my passport?
Is there any possibilities that they won't give me the work permit visa and they can cancel my current student visa also?
I didn't finished yet my english course in which i enrolled when extended the visa.
