Hi,
I am an Indian currrently staying in USA, my passport has F1 visa stamped and it is valid up till 2010. But my I-20 expired Dec 2006 once I graduated from syracuse university . I got my H1B through my company, so I am going to India to get my H1B stamped in my passport. I booked my flight ticket through Kuwait Airlines to go to India, on my way to India the Flight stopes over at LONDON HEATHROW, UNITED KINGDOM (LHR) for one and half hour to refuel.i will not leave the terminal.
So my question is do I need to take a transit visa?It will be great if you can answer this question.
