hi , can any one tell me what are the legal ways to justify the overstay in UK
i got done by the fraud solicitor but now a previous employee of high comission has told me that there are legal ways to justify ur overstay provided u have got competent solicitor
can somebody guide me a bit about it
i overstay for 6 months , got work permit issued as well but my luch was'nt with me
