Visa to the uk

Hello all, I have just found out that for me to go to england for 6 months I do not need a visa, my question is this.... If I need to stay longer then the 6 months while waiting for my fiances visa to go through will I beable to get a visa to stay? Is it smarter in this situation to apply for the visitor visa incase I need to apply for extension?

Given your situation, I would suggest getting your paperwork in order first before coming to the UK, as it will avoid unnecessary complications, travelling and expenses!

Hi Friend,
My HSMP got approved.I had applied for hsmp application from UK through an agent.currently i am in India.I am travelling to USA for five months.Is it possible for me to aaply for visa from USA.As my HSMP will expire on 6 jan 09.I will be in USA that time.
Kindly help me what are the alternative for this situation.
