Transit Visa through UK

Sir/ Madam,

I was a resident of India and now staying in USA in L1 visa, I was planning to travel to India, through Heathrow- London in British airlines. I have a valid passport and valid visa (L1), do I need to have transit visa as I was traveling through Heathrow airport. The transit time in Heathrow is only 3 hrs.

Please let me know your feedback.
