PIMS and INFO

Hi All,

I got an appointment on 25th Nov 2008 at Tijuana Mexico.I booked my tickets to India on 14th Dec 2008. Ok my Questions are,

1.Do I need a Mexican Visa?
2.What is PIMS and when should I forward my I797 and appintment letter?
3.Is there anyone got the appointment on the same date Pls let me know.
4.What are the documents I should take with me on the interview day?
