Procedure and advice !!!!

Hi, am a sri lankan, holding a sri lankan passport but living in Italy for the past 8 years... I have two children aged 5 yrs and 2 yrs. Both, me and my husband have the Permanant Permit Stay (no expiry date..unlimited stay). My education was in Sri lanka but did both London GCE and GSCE certified both by The University Of London.
We would like to migrate to UK for our children's education. Please do advice what visa or where I could be informed about this. I have friends in UK...if that helps in any case. Pls do reply and give me adv.

As you are sri lanka citizanship and living in italy as PR, u have to apply for visa UK, or its better to applied for Italy citizanship then u easily move to uk
