Documents required for Tier 1 visa

Hi All,

This is my first thread in this forum,I would like to process Tier-1 visa for myself.

Do i have to contact any agency or we can go ahead of our own..if agency is a case please suggest some ideas to find some good agencies.

What all are the necessary docuements we have to submit?? is it like a H1B visa,stamping happening once in a year or when we have to start the processing?

Please advice.
