I am planning to fly from Houston to hyderabad on feb 1st via London thru british air ways. I dont need to change air port. I dont have valid visa stamped but I have advance parole. Do I need transit visa? if needed from where I will get, please let me know, any help is appriciated.

Transit visa in UK

I am a Indian and holding a seamen passport,
I am travelling to durban (south africa) and from durban I will be sailing to Jamaica. and would like to travel to Banglore via Gatwick to Heathrow, to bangalore.. Do i need an transit visa?
