Hi,
My wife has a valid UK work visa and UK WP dependant visa stamping on her passport. She got her UK dependant visa stamping prior to the UK Work visa. The dependant visa is not cancelled on the passport physically.
She travelled recently for a project on her WP but have come back as the assignment got over. I am still in UK which is why I want her to travel again on dependant by taking leave.
Is anybody aware if the dependent visa would still be valid and it can be used to travel to UK? Has anyone come across such a situation before?
Please advise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
