Do I need DATV Visa?

Hi,

I am flying using British Airways and have the following route:
Delhi > London > Paris
Paris > London > USA
USA > London > Delhi

I shall be in london for about 3-4 hrs just to change the flight. There shall be no change of terminal also.

I shall stay in paris for about 12 days before leaving for USA.

I have 10 years Visa for USA and Schengen Visa (C Type).

Do I need DATV Visa for Uk?
