Transit Visa

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen. I have a US F-1 visa valid (expires 2010) in my passport, but my status changed and I have to go back to India to get my H-1B visa. I will fly from the US to India and have to go through London Heathrow, where I have to wait for a couple of hours. Do I need an airport transit visa ?
