Hi there,
Can anyone tell me whether my fiancee should be completing a VAF1A (tourist visa) or a VAF1B (family visa )???
We're going to marry in October and visit the UK on our honeymoon to celebrate with family and friends. Im a UK citizen and my girlfriend is Australian.
She has previously been denied access to the UK and has a black cross in her passport so we should apply for the visa. As we will be married when we enter the UK, should we apply for the family visa as we will visit my parents in the UK and they will then be classed as family, or should we use the tourist as they arent techincaly family yet ?
Thanks for the help - it really is appreciated. Its quite stressful to go through this process after she was denied entry originally at the airport.
