Hi Friends,
My one of Friend Live in UK she is on dependent HSMP, now her husband company send him to USA on L1 visa, but she wanted to work in UK only.
My question is :-
1) can she live in Uk without her husband (he will leave the Uk in last of Aug)?
2) can she apply the L2 visa from Uk only(means in indian embassy in UK)?
3) what is time frame uptill she can live in Uk?
4) what is the time frame that she will got her L2 visa?
Please help me she need the answer very soon
