im Turkish citizen and im living and paying taxes legally in united states since 2 years.
i had a problem about 3 weeks ago like smoking in public place and i got the ticket from a cop regarding this point and i have a court on november. (i know this is very funny)
i would like to apply to uk tourist visa for new year. when i was reading the application form they asking "do you have any criminal convictions in any country (including traffic offences)"
i would like to ask you in this case what i can do i mean is this any major problem to get the visa ? or do you have any idea about this court is going to be seen on my record ?
if i apply before the court and if i dont mention my condition is there any problem with it ?
i have been traveled india,mexico,hong kong,japan,dubai and netherlands i have all this visas on my passport is this a positive sign ?
