Place to take UK size photograph (Bay Area)

Hello,

I am on USA H1B visa and am applying for UK tourist visa.

I am finding it extremely difficult to take a photograph based on UK specifications(45mm high x 35mm wide). None of the regulars like Walmart, CVS, Costco seem to support this size.

If anyone knows about a place, can you let me know. Its extremely urgent. I am traveling next month.
