UK Tier 1 Funds Maintenance

Hello all

I am planning to apply for Uk tier 1 on 8th Oct and i am little confused about funds Maintenance

From UKBA site

"If you are applying from outside the United Kingdom, the balance must show that you have had at least £2,800 in your account at all times over the three-month period"

I have sufficient funds from July 6th and 3 months period will complete on Oct 7th

and my confusion is should the funds be available for complete 3 months
as i am applying on Oct 8th should the funds available from July 1st to Sep 30

Please let me know
