Question, status
Hi,
I have a strange question, i suppose, I looked up as much information as I can find, and somehow nothing explains my options at this point.
Here is the situation,
I have been in the Uk for almost 7 years, 2 years WHM, 4.5 years on Work permit.
In the mean time, I go married to a UK national, had a child with her, however, the relationship has broken down, after 2 and half years, and we are currently separated,
My question, is the following, what are my options at the end of my current work permit.
So he facts, as they are, I am still legally married to my partner,
My Work permit expires in april 2011,
I have a child in the UK, by a UK national.
I would like to to get some clarity as to my options.
