I have few doubts in Applying for Tier 1 (General)
I have 5. 6 years of experience in IT Field. Currently am working for US Project in IT Company. 2 Years back and few Months back my L1-Blanket visa is refused for me(Total 2 Times) , which is initiated by my Organization. This L1-Blanket visa initiated for me by the organization(Organization is the Petitioner).
In vaf9 form, In section 6.3
Have you ever been refused a visa for any country including the UK?
whether this L1 B refusal comes under my name or it comes under my Organization (Because my Organization is the petitioner for L1 B)
Please clarify, whether i have to mention Yes or No for this question.
It will help me to proceed further for Tier 1 (General).
