I need you comment and interpretation on the below
I made my UK settlement application yesterday (04/10/2023) under Tier 2 skilled visa category. I came to UK on 23 November 2018. However, my BRP state, entry clearance date from 15/11/20218 and valid Until 29/10/2023.
I have calculated 28 days from valid until date (29/10/2023) and submitted my application yesterday. However, I understand from friends that, the 28 days to be calculated from the entry clearance date to 5 years - 28 days. In that case I am eligible to apply only after 17/10/2023.
If you can pls clarify still my application is valid. the only option i have now is, I can make my biometric appointment delayed until 17/10/2023 and submit to meet the requirement.
