Hi,
I have one of the US Based employer who applied for a H1B for me. At the time of application I was in my home country India and then moved to UK under Tier -1 General migrant. I am currently working in the UK.
Now my H1B Petition is approved. My question is
1. Can I go for Stamping in London ?
2. From reading I found that US Visa Officer might advice going to home country for verification related difficulties. How ever I have a valid B1 which might be a proof of security clearence for US Entry. Should that be OK.
3. As an alternative, for people who are staying in US, its not required to get the stamping. So inline am I allowed to enter with my B1 and use my H1B to work from then on ?
