Hi,
I have an approved H1 petition, but it is not stamped in my passport. I plan to visit UK for a business vist. Will I be able to apply for a UK visa or do I first have to get my H1 stamped in my passport before I start the procedure for a UK visa application.
Secondly, if I can apply for a UK visa with the petition itself, can I get my US visa stamped in UK during my visit or do I need to go to India for my US visa stamping?
Appreciate any response on this matter at the earliest.
