Query on UK Transit Visa - for an Indian

Hi,

I am travelling from India to US on july through London. I am having valid L1 Visa and my wife also having Valid L2 Visa. Please advice whether we need to take any UK transit visa before the travel.

The waiting time @ LONDON HEATHROW airport is around 4 hours before catching the US flight. And the flight which we are travelling is British Airways.
