Hello.
I'm looking for some help.
My Fiancee (US Citizen) recently got refused settlement to UK for a finacee visa due to having only a brief visa in America after we'd developed an online relationship months prior too the visit (Nov 2010)
It said it was declined due to our limited contact and although we had regular contact it wasnt enough to satisfy the critera.
We now are thinking for her (My Finacee) to apply for a 6 month visit visa so we can well, be together, and show longer stints of contact with the hope of somewhere down the line getting married as we wish to.
My question is; Do any of you feel there would be an issue getting such visitor visa based on the stated refusal above. I personally feel its the only option left open to us, to basically built a so called 'documented real' relationship to thus aid future plans.
Any comments or input would be appeciated. Thanks.
