Want to bring mother in UK

Hello Myself Anuj and i am working in UK on a post study visa (valid till next two years). As i do not have father, my mother is living alone in India i want to bring her uk to stay with me. Which kind of visa i will required to apply or what is the process i have to follow to bring her UK? I heard visitor visa is only valid for 6 months so this visa can not solve my problem
Can i bring her on dependent visa?
