UK Business VISA
Hi,
I am applying for a UK Business VISA for 6 months and in the process, I have disclosed about my US B1 rejection in the application. Originally, my US-B1 was rejected in February '11 citing sec. 214(B) i.e. - "Every alien shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer, at the time of application for admission, that he is entitled to a nonimmigrant status..."
Did I do wrong in disclosing the US B1 rejection in my UK application? Will UK Consulate reject my business VISA due to the rejection record at US Consulate?
