Applying UK Work Permit VISA, Previously got reject for Canda Student VISA

Hello My dear friends,

Here is my problem........

I got refusal for “Canada Student Visa” in 2009 August, because I have submitted false loan document, due to wrong guidance from consultancy. So I got Ban 2 years Canda alone and which is completed now.


So I have given Yes to one question in Online Visa Application Form that is (Q)Have you ever been refused Visa for any other country.?

And I have given reason as , Unable to satisfy financial documents to show the funds.

So now my question is Do I need to submit rejection letter and above reason is ok for the false loan document.

Now I am going to apply UK work Permit which will do by My Organisation, so this time I am applying with all in correct way,

But as I mentioned the reason is ok or I need to say anything else to UK Home Office.

Please give a help regarding this because it may effect my future.

Hi Suraj,

For this U need Expert Guidance it seems, I have not seen this type cases still now.

It looks very rare case as False LOAN Document to applying UK WP VISA.
