Hi, I am an Indian citizen. I will fly from Chicago to Chennai, India through Heathrow on June 20th. I will stay within the airport during the 2 hours stop. The US visa stamped in my passport is valid until June 21st. I read that the US visa date needs to be valid when I travel through Heathrow to not require a Direct Airside Transit Visa. Is a one day validity sufficient for this exemption when I travel to Heathrow? I will have a new unexpired stamped visa when I travel back.
