UK Visa
I have applied uk visa from my company
Visa Type is Tier 2 (ICT - Short Term Staff)
Problem is: I have taken UK Tier 2 (ICT - Short Term Staff) in last year for Two years with that visa I was working in Uk in last year,
In this year being I have came from UK,
With same visa I have travel to UK, but I have deported in the UK because COS in Visa got deactivated By mistake thru my HR which was not noticed, but my visa validated were upto 2013.
In the immigration they told that Because of COS got deactivate you visa also deactivate.
So my company applied again, but it’s taking long time for one month
In internet its showing Visa is under processing at
Question: where I will get the Visa again or not
