DATV Needed??
Hi,
I need some help to get this confusion out. I am currently in the US with a H1B visa which only expires later next year. I will be travelling to Mumbai this December via London(Heathrow). On my way back i will be visiting Paris with a Schengen visa through Heathrow again. Then from there coming back to US, i will be passing through Heathrow on my way to US.
So to sum it up:
1. US -> London(layover) -> Mumbai
2. Mumbai -> London(Layover) -> Paris
3. Paris -> London(Layover) -> US
Its an end-end british airways ticket
Since I hold an Indian passport and have valid US and France Schengen visa, do i still need to get a DATV?
