Please Help : Travelling to India from USA via London

Hi,

I will be travelling from USA to India via London early next year. My passport has student visa but the student visa is now expired. I have an H1B visa approval notice but my passport is not stamped yet and I am going to India for stamping. Can I travel through London or will I face any issues? Please advise.
