Hello , I have applied for assylum in march I have done my finger print in April but since that I have not received and letter for interview. I live in Georgia does anybody know how long it can take?Also I came to the US on a f1 visas I have been here for 3 years already . But I wasn't scared of going back then. I had to stop school 1 semester before i applied because my family couldn't afford it no more because of the situation we are in. Is me being out of statut going to complicate things. My girlfriend is in my country but she is a citizens because she was born here. She is coming for us to get married and stay here , since back home is no longer safe. Can she help my application??? Please help me.
