palestinian refugees in lebanon seeking immigration due to racism

I'm a Palestinian refugee who lives in Lebanon, and I'm banned from every simple right i cant elect i cant apply for a citizenship to correct my situation or progress in my life i cant own a property or even buy a house, although my mom is Lebanese i am not allowed to have the Lebanese citizenship just because I'm a Palestinian refugee. not to mention that i cant work in 72 job domains, above all that i cant take loans from banks and cant rent any place. i need to ask u please if anyone can help me can i apply to any country as a refugee whose deprived from all the basic human rights that are mentioned in the united nations first amendment.
