    proof of legal presence in US

    Hello immihelp users!

    I came to US by B2 visa, my i94 expired 4 month ago.

    I have applied i589 form for political asylum, got i767C form for fingerprints (got my A#)

    The question is how can I proof my legal presence in US?
    I want extend my ID in DMV.I have USCIS A # in i767c form but its not enough.
