son is adopted by husband of former wife, should I include him in application HELP

Dear sirs, I need a consultation for green card documents submission as I can't find it in the rules.
It is stated that I need to indicate all natural children including adopted. But what if my former wife married other men and he adopted my son? On the documents gave my permission him to officially adopt the boy. Should I still include him into the list of children?
It would not be a problem if I had the boy's photo, but my former wife refuses to send it and we live in different countries.
