AOS I-134 Form question.
I am a DV lottery winner and my interview date is appointed.
My sponsor sent to me the AoS I-134(filled at the end of 2014) and 2013 tax documents.
In the 1040 Form of 2013 the sponsor has included as a dependent his uncle who lives in US but not in his house.
In the AoF He has not mentioned his uncle as a dependent with the argument that He is not going to declare him as a dependent for 2014 in the tax declarations that He is going to fill this year. Please any advice if He must mention his uncle as a dependent in AoS.
If the embassy does not accept this AoS for this reason, may my visa be denied without having the possibility to have the AoS corrected?
