I am professional engineer from Syria who is on B1/B2 visitor visa in USA, I read about the TPS, it is designated from 5th January 2015, however here is my case:
- I was in USA from 24th November 2014 and travel outside USA in 10th January 2015 for employment contract in Far East but it does not work and returned back to USA on 29th January 2015.
Am I still eligible to apply for TPS based on the breakdown of my presence in USA above?
I do not want to apply for asylum, as I am looking for short and fast method to get Employment card in USA
