work permit for political asylum wife ( non US citizen)

Can you pls advise the wife of political asylum can get work permit.
My husband is still waiting for the court for more then 5 years and the day is always postpone.
He has a work permit. We have married 1 year ago.
Is there any chance i can get work permit?
