    Asylum Withdrawal

    Hello All,
    I need some advise here..
    My asylum interview is coming up but I want to withdraw my case because I am marrying my partner who will be US citizen in few months. I have a work permit and Its valid till next year. Can I continue working until my EAD expires even if I withdraw my case?

    I would appreciate any reponse. Thank you.
