finger print notice not received yet

Hi I applied for political based asylum 2 months back. I checked online and found out that normally it takes 15 to 30 days to receive notice for fingerprint however I Haven't received it yet. I tried contacting uscis Office however they are not able to answer as well. please help!!!!!

I have a similar experience. I filed on 02/18/2016 and I received acknowledgement of receipt on 20/02/2016. I am yet to be notified for fingerprinting. Have you tried to write them formally?
